These terms govern your use of OutreachOS at outreachos.app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

OutreachOS helps you research outreach targets and draft personalized emails, which you either send yourself from your own mail app or have us send from an address on one of our domains. You are responsible for the content you send and for complying with all applicable laws.

Acceptable use

• You will comply with anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, CASL, and GDPR where applicable), and with the sending limits and terms of whichever mail provider carries your messages.
• You will not send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or bulk unsolicited messages.
• You will honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
• You will not use the service to impersonate others or send on accounts you don’t own.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate the service for you (for example, to generate drafts and send email on your instruction).

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutreachOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes of the outreach you choose to send.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service or its users.
