What does one work credit include?+
One work credit works one new company through research, contact discovery, and its initial draft. A credit is only committed when the first usable draft is created; failed work is returned automatically.
What happens when I run out?+
Smaller plans can upgrade for a larger monthly allowance. Pro, Pro Scale, Organization can also buy 50-credit packs for $25. Your finished work remains available while new company research pauses.
Do credits roll over?+
Included monthly credits expire at the end of the billing period. Purchased credits are used after included credits and do not expire.
Do all plans run the full pipeline?+
Yes. Every plan covers company research, contact discovery, and the initial personalized draft. Higher plans add more volume, missions, throughput, and quality headroom.
How are payments handled?+
Subscriptions and credit packs are purchased only through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Subscription changes and cancellations are handled in the Stripe Billing Portal; OutreachOS never collects card details.
