Changelog
What’s new
Everything that changed what you can do. Internal work is not listed.
- New
Export your data, or delete your account
Settings → Your data now downloads every record this account holds as a single JSON file, and can permanently delete the account, its uploads, and any active subscription. Deletion asks you to type a confirmation phrase; there is no recovery window afterwards.
- New
A security log for every account
Settings → Security log records the decisions that matter: sending unlocked or locked, Gmail connected or disconnected, teammates invited, removed, or re-roled, and plan changes. It is append-only, keeps two years, and marks anything a teammate did inside your workspace.
- New
Admin and viewer roles
Teams are no longer just owner and member. Admins manage people and work assignment without touching billing; viewers see the shared board and activity but cannot claim, draft, or send. Invites now carry the role, so somebody lands on the right permissions the moment they accept.
- New
Yearly billing - two months free
Every paid plan can now be billed yearly at ten months for twelve. Included work credits still renew monthly; the discount is on price, not on volume.
- Fixed
Sign-in and sign-up say what actually went wrong
The auth screens used to show raw errors from the identity provider. They now explain the problem in plain language, validate before submitting, and let you reveal the password you are typing.
